MENTOR SCHOOLS CLOSED TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, DUE TO WEATHER

Good evening. This is a message from Mentor Schools. Due to the weather conditions, and the expected continuation of heavy snow in our area - classes are cancelled for tomorrow, Tuesday, February 16, 2021. This includes all Mentor Schools classes --- for both in-person and Mentor Schools Online students. With the National Weather Service Winter Storm Warning in effect until 1:00 p.m. tomorrow, we are making the call this evening to allow for more time for families to make arrangements. Again, Mentor Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 16, and this includes all of our school buildings as well as Mentor Schools Online. Thank you.

State Testing - Spring Schedule

This link will take you to a list of dates for the state mandated Spring 2021 Testing. At this time, the state does not have an option for taking the state assessments in a remote setting.

Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce State of the Schools Presentation

Kindergarten Registration Opens March 1, 2021

It's important for children to be enrolled as soon as possible to ensure parents and guardians are in contact with our schools and won't miss out on important kindergarten readiness events. The registration process can be done completely online.

Districtwide Fully Remote Learning Extended into January

With the support and guidance of Lake County’s Health Commissioner Ron Graham, we are making the decision to extend fully remote learning districtwide through January 8th. That means we would aim for a return to our in-person Hybrid model on Monday, January 11th.
