Bellflower Elementary is excited to participate in the 2026 Kindness Games, a nationwide initiative designed to help students recognize the power of kindness and the positive impact it can have on our school and community. From February 6 through April 24, schools across the country are working to notice and log acts of kindness happening each day.
Throughout the school day, students will be encouraged to look for kind actions—both big and small—and celebrate the positive moments happening around them. Students learned more about the Kindness Games during this week’s AmBUSsadors lesson, where they explored how kindness helped strengthen our school community.
Did you know it takes five positive acts of kindness to counteract one act of meanness or negativity? By recognizing and sharing kindness, we can help drown out negativity often heard on social media, in the news, and in everyday life, while building a more positive and supportive culture at Bellflower.
Families are invited to participate as well! If your child shares an act of kindness they experienced or something kind they did for someone else, you can help them log it using the link below or by scanning the QR code.
