Mentor Schools Childcare Provider Form
A list of Board-approved daycares with the Childcare Provider form can be accessed by going to our website, https://www.mentorschools.net/; click on About Our District, Transportation Department, then Childcare Provider Information. Please either return by fax (440-255-4707), email (BurtDa@mentorschools.org), or mail to Mentor Schools Service Building, 7060 Hopkins Rd, Mentor, OH 44060, Attn: Jen Skulski. The deadline to submit a Childcare Provider form in order to assign your student a bus for the first day of school is July 15, 2022. All forms submitted after this date may take up to 10 business days after the start of school to assign busing.

This one-week camp is designed for young players, boys and girls ages 6 to 14, who want to improve their skills and be able to play competitive basketball. Mentor High School Class of '76
The MHS Class of '76 will be hosting a Scholarship Awards Recognition and Dinner on Saturday, August 13th from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at St. John Vianney Party Center, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor. During this event, 2022 scholarship award recipients will be recognized along with their families. Guests can participate in a Gift Basket Raffle, 50/50 Raffle, Case O' Wine Raffle, Steve's Choice Raffle and much more.
Over the past several years, through the efforts of this committee, fifteen scholarships totaling more than $40,000 have been awarded to deserving Mentor High School students. This year, we will be awarding one $2,000 college scholarship, two $1,000 CTE scholarships, and one $2,000 Penley Nursing and Allied Health
Scholarship.

It's back...ESCWR Summer Sidekicks Program! This academic summer program serves students going into grades 1st through 8th and focuses on math and literacy lessons. The program will take place June 7th through the 30th on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the ESCWR Hale Road Building, 56 Hale Road in Painesville Township.
